Norma began her financial services industry career in 2005 and joined Stifel in 2023. Prior to joining Stifel, she spent close to 18 years at Wells Fargo Advisors, with 12 of those years helping a range of clients navigate their financial life. She believes that her extensive knowledge of investment products and retirement planning is a valuable resource to her clients as they pursue their goals. Norma offers a full range of investment planning strategies, tailored to her clients’ unique needs.
Norma earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ designations.
Norma is active in her local community and has served as part of the investment committee for the Weld Community Foundation. She also has served on the board of directors for Connections for Independent Living for northeastern Colorado service region since 2024. Norma has been an adjunct professor of finance at the University of Northern Colorado – Monfort College of Business since 2017. She genuinely enjoys teaching students about the time value of money and its applications in personal finance.
